These Terms govern your participation in the Prime Clinical Research SMS program, which provides reminders, study updates, scheduling notices, and relevant research information via text message.


2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you:

  • Consent to receive recurring informational and transactional text messages related to clinical research opportunities and participation.
  • Understand that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).
  • Acknowledge that your consent is not required as a condition for enrolling in a clinical study or receiving medical care.

3. Program Description

Our SMS program may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
  • Notifications about study eligibility and enrollment
  • General research communications related to ongoing studies
  • Study-related visit confirmations or important instructions

Message frequency will vary depending on study participation, but you can generally expect no more than 4–6 messages per month.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with one of the following keywords:
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After we receive your request, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending further messages.

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. However, delivery is not guaranteed and may vary depending on network availability.


9. No Liability for Delays or Undelivered Messages

Carriers and Prime Clinical Research are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered messages.


10. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Prime Clinical Research complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

  • Your personal information, including your phone number, will only be used for study-related communication.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Please note: SMS is not a secure method of communication. Do not include personal health details when replying to messages.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program. By participating, you affirm that you meet this requirement or have parental/guardian consent.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our SMS program to:

  • Transmit unlawful, offensive, or abusive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Misuse the SMS service in a way that could disrupt or harm Prime Clinical Research, its studies, or its participants
